Roxie didn't want to go home! :D And the clinical summary was the most detailed and helpful that I've ever seen! Results were understandable... with wonderful details of things to watch out for... and even added information for questions and concerns! :)
  • Dr. Dixon did not stop at just addressing Dirk's cardio pulmonary health. She went out of her way to come up with a potential solution for his prostatitis which didn't necessitate anesthesia. We were very impressed with her and love her enthusiasm.

I talked to Chelsea on the phone to ask price which was accurate in the actual visit and she also helped me set up an earliest appointment with another location. After being seen by Dr Kendra and getting prescription medications, my dog feels much better and he's in less pain. I'm so thankful for their service because I was so scared that I would lose my dog. I will definitely visit them again for his follow up appointment in September.

  • It is difficult to evaluate a practice when you can't interact with the Dr. , or go in with your pet. I think the clinic is doing a good job under difficult circumstances and look forward to future visits.

  • We live two hour from Wheatridge and arrived about an hour and 15 minutes early with nothing else to do in Denver. They worked our pet right in and were done in about 25 minutes from the time we arrived, very expedient.

  • My dog and I always have a positive experience here (Loveland). They're trustworthy and very relatable. This (covid) year didn't allow pet parents to join their pets but they made directions easy to follow and I didn't have any qualms whatsoever with them handling my dog out of my sight.

I appreciated receiving electronic copies of both the invoice and medical records in my email shortly after my appointment, as I carry pet insurance and this made submitting the claim easy. I had pleasant interactions with both of the veterinary technicians who did the intake questions and came to pick up my pet. Considering the current limitations of pet parents not being able to attend the exam in person due to COVID-19 this was the best experience in the circumstances- thank you.

  • Dr. Dixon really took the time to consider the case with our Dog and prescribed a treatment that was not cookie cutter with his condition. Other vets we spoke to prior to PetCardia suggested a very intense treatment for his heartworms even though our dog did not have a severe case. Dr. Dixon was very knowledgeable on the subject and we are very grateful that we found PetCardia and drove all the way from Colorado Springs to see Dr. Dixon.

  • Our visit to PetCardia was during the Covid19 Pandemic. With that being said, I was not able to be with our dog Kourt during his Echo-cardiogram. This was totally understandable to me, I'm in human health care so I wasn't concerned, we all have to do what is best for everyone.. Dr Dixon called me and filled me in completely on the findings of Kourt's Echo. Dr. Dixon explained the options we have in treating Kourt and his tumor. Dr. Dixon was awesome, I'm just sorry I couldn't have met her in person. Hopefully sometime soon.

  • My dog had been seen @ 4 Seasons Vet per rec of a friend when she (my dog, not my friend) developed "fainting episodes" in 2011. At that time 4 Seasons was a "one-stop-shopping" place; many specialties (cardiology, orthopedics etc) and Beanie was started on 6 different meds and showed improvement immediately. She stopped the fainting episodes, was okay for walks, and back to herself. In the last year I have noticed she seems a bit "off" at times, but she is also close to 15yrs old! I took her in to Petcardia and had her heart checked and doc eval to see if any changes needed to be made with meds. I am very grateful to have access to the specialists in veterinary medicine at Petcardia and 4 Seasons. All are knowledgeable and patient and kind. They also call in Beanies med refill needs to Costco so I can save a bit of money.

Then in the room for the ultrasound, BP check, and EKG, the Dr. and the Assistant laid him on his side in a dark room and gave him massages while I let him lick a stick with peanut butter on it. Dr. Dixon made sure all of my questions were answered and she told me how great of a start her morning was off to after seeing my sweet dog!   • The staff at Petcardia are incredibly friendly and very helpful in answering any questions or concerns you may have. Hank (my dog) and me were made to feel welcome and at east immediately. Hank gets nervous around new things/procedures, so he was a little bit of a handful when he was put on the table to do an ultrasound of his heart. Between Dr. Heaney and her vet tech helping me handle Hank, we were able to get a good ultrasound and Hank got lots of treats afterwards and walked away a happy boy. They definitely put my mind at east about Hank's heart murmur and provided me with clear next steps to follow. We will definitely come back to Petcardia if Hank, or any of my other pets, need cardiology work done.

  • All of the staff, from front desk, vet tech, to doctor, were very friendly, smart, and explained everything clearly. They took the time to explain my dog's diagnosis carefully and gave a revised treatment plan and follow up. I had a great experience here, probably one of the best vet experiences I've encountered with my pet. You can tell they care, they even let me go into the ultrasound room with my pup and watch the process! No more wondering what goes on in the "back" when they take your pup away. Highly recommend.

Petcardia was completely different even though in the same building.
